The rental process was very straightforward and easy to complete. While doing online, staff was available to assist with any questions. Property was extremely clean, unit spotless. I felt safe in having my family able to visit at anytime.

The call center assistance is amazing thought it was to good to be true, The manger Jamie of the location we used was absolutely wonderful as well, been dealing with storage facilities for 15yrs and by far this was the best experience ever!!!...Thank you yall have set the bar for customer satisfaction and services!!!!!!

I got a climate control unit and we love it. The manager was very helpful and explained everything to us. The whole staff was very friendly and always willing to help. I loved the unit so much that we are now upgrading from a 5x5 unit to a 10x15 climate control unit.

Customer service was amazing. Price was unbeatable. The property is CLEAN and very organized. They offer racks to help make your moving experience easier. I would give this place, not only 5 stars, but also a 10 out of a scale of 1/10 (10 being the best). I'm definitely impressed.

Would definitely recommend. Pricing is great and staff was wonderful. Only downside was that I spoke with someone on the phone 3 times and no one ever mentioned the requirement of insurance on the unit that's an extra $10 a month... but other than that we are satisfied.

We moved our stuff across the big state of Texas and my mother-in-law went to get us checked in and situated. The process was made easy for her and us, and we were able to get everything moved in after the office closed. The storage unit was clean and very comfortable, as it is a climate controlled, just like we ordered..

Lacking extra hand truck or moving dollies or would give them 5 stars. Opened in March & should have what they need. Otherwise a good place.

I chose this place bc the rates are slightly below the average in the area. The grounds and office are very clean. The units are nicely spaced with ample room for large trucks. The office personnel are very friendly and helpful. The location is slightly outside major congestion but easy to access. They also offer a military discount. Thanks for that.

New facility. Brandon was very helpful. Only reason I did not give 5 stars is because the various moving carts and dollies had not arrived yet. Seems to have excellent security.

It was easy to do on line to reserve a storage and come in the next day to complete sale. I received a confirmation email and went up to the facility and the staff was very friendly, helpfully, and informative. Will definitely recommend and use again ðð.
